Borrowing from the library

Students, employees and course participants at University College Nordjylland can borrow from the UCN Library.
In addition to this, persons with a connection to or interest in our subject areas can use the physical library collection.

What can I use as my library card?

Your can use both your yellow health insurance card and your student ID card as your library card by combining it with a pin code.

Borrowing and returning - what should I be aware of?

You are responsible for the materials you borrow.

You will receive return reminders, recall notices and reservation notices by SMS and email. These notifications are automatically sent to your student email adress.

Notice! Reminders are a service, which can fail due to technical problems. Please be aware that returning library books in time is always your own responsibility.

Account balances, which are statements of your accrued fines and compensation claims, are sent to your eBoks.
