What to do when I cannot upload a file?

The problem might be the uploading speed at your connection. If you are at a wireless connection then try an online connection instead. If it still doesn’t work you may contact your local library. They will be able to upload your file if you before contacting have finished the registration (without uploading the file). By agree with one of the librarians you can mail the file and id number you get by registration of you project. The library staff will now be able to upload your file.

I can’t find my supervisor

It might be because your browser needs an update. Update your browser or try another e.g. Google Chrome or Firefox.  If it still doesn’t work contact your local library to get help uploading.

I want to change the visibility of my registration

Please contact your local library by e-mail or phone and tell the id number from your upload receipt. The library will help you change the visibility.

Please contact your local library by e-mail or phone. They will be able to help you generate a new receipt

Do I have to write my Danish civil registration number?

You are not allowed to write your civil registration number in any of the uploaded documents
